How it works

  • Messages and images tied to your account
  • Linked sign-in identifiers

Include in your request

  • Your full name
  • The email or phone number on the account
  • A clear ask to delete your account and data
  • Anything that helps us find your listings or messages

Identity verification To protect your account, we may ask for reasonable verification before we process a deletion request.

What we may keep, briefly

  • Transaction, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention records where retention is required
  • System logs and backups, removed on our standard retention schedule
  • Records needed for legal, regulatory, tax, or dispute purposes
